Pacific Resources for Education and Learning (PREL)

Pacific Resources for Education and Learning (PREL) has been working, for the past 10 years, with distance learning/training, database development, interactive website development, distance-learning needs assessment and governance issues pertaining to technology access and use for the nations and territories of the South Pacific. PREL offers the technology infrastructures to provide these very rural and remote nations access to the world of technology.
