Africa LAC ANE E&E is an international non-profit organization with a mission to help people in developing countries use information and communications technology (ICT) to improve their lives. was born from the intersection between international policy and cutting-edge technological developments, and we have seen first-hand how policy can affect technology growth, implementation, and real use by society at large. Yet because we work on the ground in Africa our ideas are based in the reality of the daily problems people face in developing countries and disadvantaged communities. With offices in Cape Town, South Africa and Washington DC, is building connections between international perspectives and developing world contexts.
