The Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs has built up considerable ICT experience over its twenty years, and now uses the Web, CD-ROMs, and digitized databases throughout the developing world. Its pioneering POPLINE database now reaches 800 organizations in 95 developing countries on CD-ROM.
