InfoChange is an international nonprofit founded to increase information exchange about ICT in developing countries, in collaboration with partners from the private and public sectors. Its fora deal regularly with e-commerce, e-governance, distance training, micro and SME development, telemedicine, and use of IT for crisis intervention and humanitarian relief.
