Full Description: dot-GOV organized an e-Marketing/e-Commerce workshop in Bangkok in order to enable private small and medium-sized ICT firms in Thailand to become more capable of using e-marketing, selling and e-commerce techniques to sell their products and services. Three senior experts implemented these workshops which focused on the specific context of e-commerce and e-marketing in Thailand, and also included sessions on competition and customer targeting, product packaging and pricing, honing the sales process, and partnerships and alliances. Discussions followed each presentation to combine input from local business participants and the suggestions provided by the experts.
