Full Description: This sub grant to ARD, Inc. outlined an e-transactions policy guide, e.g. an IT policy "roadmap" that defines, informs, and illustrates central policy objectives concerning economic growth through the development and stimulation of e-transactions. The outline is organized by policy goal and includes telecom liberalization needs, electronic authentication and security, financial services, intellectual property protection, data protection and privacy, customs and taxation, dispute resolution, and cyber crime.
