Full Description: This sub grant to the IRIS Center of the University of Maryland is a practical diagnostic toolkit for policymakers to use to determine how their e-commerce policy frameworks compare to other countries of comparable development. This tool helps policymakers move from "paper to projects," by identifying a series of processes that can be used to strengthen e-commerce activity in their country.
