Full Description: This Associate Award is for a variety of technical support activities to the e- ASEAN Program and Secretariat. The project focuses on two main policy issues for the region: e-commerce and cyber crime, focusing on Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and the Philippines. Activities that increase the size and visibility of the ICT sectors in each country are highlighted; and are particularly important, as this is the fastest growing sector in each economy.
Update: About 16 activities have taken place under this Associate Award, both in region-wide initiatives and country specific activities in Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Please see specific activities for more information.
