Full Description: The core elements of this project are:
A standard RSS/XML-based format for sharing mission website content
A RSS/XML generator for mission websites (integrated as proof of concept into the USAID/Indonesia and USAID/Afghanistan website content management systems).
A simplified CMS for six different USAID/ANE websites, currently hosted on http://www.usaid.gov. This CMS will allow data entry for mission and other USAID staff through the USAID/ANE intranet server using a web interface and a database backend. The simplified CMS will provide RSS/XML feeds compatible with the above generator and the data packager.
A data packager which will periodically aggregate data from the RSS/XML feeds provided by the above sites, check for differences and generate update patches for submission to LPA for uploading on the public site.
