Short Description: dot-ORG has selected ICLogistics to 1) help assess the current trade situation between a Macedonian SME, its customers, the freight forwarder, Customs and the identification of current processes between those members; 2) develop Final Project Plan defining the exact protocols that will be followed for processing business transactions for each shipment, the automated presentation, entry and processing of the data, and the clearance of the shipment through borders with Kosovo and/or Bulgaria

Full Description: AED/dot-ORG and the USAID/Macedonia mission are interested in the analysis of the relationship between the Macedonian Freight Forwarder and the SME and the implementation/demonstration of providing electronic supply chain and trade facilitation tools. Phases I and II will be completed by February 2007. ICLogistics has been contracted to undertake the analysis.
