Short Description: Based on the successful roll-out of seven eCenters (sustainable telecenters) in Kyrgyzstan and the addition of fifty (50) new eCenter franchises, AED is conducting a feasibility study in Tajikistan to test the waters and see if there is enough demand to expand the franchise model. The feasibility study will be conducted by Joel Schroeder at tech consulting firm I-LINX. Findings will be made available in April 2007.
