Full Description: The Technology in Support of Education (TSE) program will build the capacity of MENRS personnel to offer high-quality training and support to Madagascar¡¦s growing numbers of teachers and schools. Under the supervision of the USAID/Madagascar Democracy and Governance team leader, TSE staff and their MENRS counterparts in USAID¡¦s three provinces of intervention (Toliara, Fianarantsoa, and Toamasina) will work in three distinct but linked domains: a) Strengthening In-Service Teacher Training; b) Increasing Community Support to Local Primary Schools, and c) Strengthening Local Planning for Teacher Professional Development.
