LMI Training Materials Matrix
The purpose of this document is twofold:
1. To identify essential training needs of LMI operators such as info-kiosk operators, telecenter staff and micro-telcos. These training needs are presented in the form of a check list and organized in broad categories. Five broad categories have been identified (management, marketing, technical, M&E, and basic technology skills).
2. To identify existing training materials related to public access center management and to organize these materials in a useful manner.
